WNR2000v3 router keeps on dropping connection? please help anyone who has fixed this

My internet dropped two times as I typed and I have tried everything to fix this. My router connected to my modem (brand : zoom). I have tried lowering the MTU size to 1492 and I have tried multiple channels, I've also downgraded my router to version 1.1.1.58. My Ipod touch , Dell laptop and Playstation 3 are all connected to my router but I dont understand that it worked perfectly fine one day and over night itt started droping periodically over 5 minutes. Please help anyone i'm getting desperate???:confused:

Ok heres my router log from the past couple minutes. Can you make anything out of this? The nat_del and etc stuff appears to happen around the time my connection drops?
