Nighthawk router genie app says not connected to internet, but internet works just fine. Won't let me remote access either. Doesn't allow me to register product either.

1. What is the model number and firmware version of your device?

2. What version of the NETGEAR Genie app/program do you have installed?

3. Please try using another device (Android, iOS, Mac, PC).

4. Please ty uninstalling and re-installing the app/program.
