Ask a local College or University Student for help. Kids know more than us!
Read your user manual and highlight everything you do not understand, then drive to the nearest Community College or University, go to computer department or library and talk to students in their 3rd-4th year, ( Juniors or Seniors ), politely ask questions about highlighted areas in your user manual.
Ask the young man or woman about your confusion with your equipment, these kids love helping folks that do not know about their equipment and they explain it to basic and easy. Offer to take the student to breakfast or lunch. $20-$40 as a gesture, thanking the individual is acceptable as well. The students, help older folks because they know how our equipment works, and it gives the young person a great heart warming feeling knowing they helped someone who needed help and is grateful for the assistance.
