CM500V and Netgear Genie

Hi

I recently upgraded my home WiFi to Netgear CM500V that came with Sagemcom.

I was able to access Netgear Genie but when I log into the app it is says I am not connected to my router but I can clearly see it is connected to the internet.

Is the CM500V compatible to genie?

Hi @Sharron,

Welcome to the community!

The CM500V is not among the officially supported models listed here for the Genie since it a plain modem and does not have router functionality.
