I have a D6000. I have recently connected to HFC NBN, according to netgear this device should be compatible. I have gone through this https://kb.netgear.com/27029/How-to-connect-the-D6000-to-a-Cable-Fiber-Optic-Modem word for word. Except when I get to the end instead of saying “CONGRATULATIONS”, it asks for a login and username. I have spoken to my ISP (Aussie broadband), who day they don’t have a login and username. I have upgraded firmware, is there anything else I can do, or am I doomed to buy a new router?

The DSL Modems and Routers community area would be better suited for your router model as this is unrelated to the Genie App (on mobile phones) resp Genie program (macOS, Windows).
