For some reason my router will not do this update. I have tried so many times and it just crashes.
Any suggestions please?

Just by chance the update downloaded and installed correctly, after four months of trying on and off.
No idea why it worked this time, but it has worked.

There are at least four different DGN2200 variants: DGN2200M, DGN2200v1, DGN2200v3, and DGN2200v4. The firmware imges are not freely exchangeable. Check your router product label (on the back) for the exact designation. Just in case: DGN2200-100xxx is v1, DGN2200-200xxx is v2, DGN2200-400xxx is v4. You need the exact matching firmware.

There's 4 versions of the DGN2200. Which one do you have?

Define crashing. What exactly is happening, what error are you getting?

How are you attempting to do the update? app/manually/auto update?

If you downloaded the firmware, did you extract it prior to attempting install?
