Genie App not working 😆

My router is a Gateway and connected with my Wifi. My 11 pro works just fine sending and receiving. Night Hawk is not recognizing my router. Rebooted and connected. Not impressed with this product at all. It’s your product that isn’t working not mine. Not compatible with the router nor with any of my Apple products

What's that? The Nighthawk app?

 

Does it actually support your unnamed router? (And is that router the gateway you referred to earlier?)

You have posted in the section about the Genie and then refer to Nighthawk.

 

To be honest, your message make not much sense. We don't know what hardware you have and what you are doing.

 

Visit the support pages:

Support | NETGEAR

and feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
