My router is a Gateway and connected with my Wifi.
Does it have model number?
My 11 pro works just fine sending and receiving.
Night Hawk is not recognizing my router. Rebooted and connected.
What's that? The Nighthawk app?
Does it actually support your unnamed router? (And is that router the gateway you referred to earlier?)
You have posted in the section about the Genie and then refer to Nighthawk.
To be honest, your message make not much sense. We don't know what hardware you have and what you are doing.
