Hi @Rands100,

Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the app?

Re: Ios10 + genie

Rands, are you getting lines where numbers used to appear inside the app or will it just not load at all? I'm having a similar issue if it's the lines.

Re: Ios10 + genie

I uninstalled it then reinstalled it and I can now get into it but there are lines where numbers should be.

Re: Ios10 + genie

Exact same issue on my end. Latest iOS release of Genie app on iPhone 5S running iOS 10. Have a WNDR4000 router with the latest firmware. I think it's a Genie issue though, not router related. Hoping the Netgear Genie devs are working on a fix?

Re: Ios10 + genie

NETGEAR sta lavorando su una correzione a quanto pare. continuate a controllare l'App Store per un aggiornamento. utilizzando Google Translate così scusi il mio cattivo italiano.

Re: Ios10 + genie

App is fixed. Version 2.4.34 with iOS 10.0.2 working perfectly. Thank you for a quick fix and excellent support. Just reaffirms why I won't buy a router from any other vendor or have for the past 12 years.

Re: Ios10 + genie

The problem I have now is that I can't get into the genie app remotely from my phone. I can log in okay when on the wireless network but as soon as I'm away from that and I try to login it says to connect to wireless network.
If I put the remote access IP address in the browser it works okay that way. Just not through the app.

Re: Ios10 + genie

My guess is that they did this for security reasons. Tunelling in from an external IP is always risky. Maybe they can implement some type of vpn with the Genie app? I'm no network expert but this problem has been with this app since I first started using it maybe 5 years ago.

Re: Ios10 + genie

Hi @Rands100,

1. What is the model number and firmware version of your device?

2. Have you tried un-registering and doing the registration for remote login again?

3. Does the issue persist on all your devices?
