Microsoft Outlook 365

This seems to be a recurring theme with Netgear and I dont know why. I cannot connect to outlook 365 and i need to (for work). Why is it so difficult to do such a simple thing?? I have not added any port forwarding or and other logic. Can someone please help me connect. PLEASE.

Also when I try and access the mail office.com online it gives me a 500 Error "The mailbox isn’t available. This may have occurred because the licence for the mailbox has expired. To find out how to gain access to this mailbox again, contact the person who manages your email account."

Do you mean that you have seen other reports here of problems with Outlook 365. (I haven't seen many, if any.) It works fine here.

Nothing to go on there. How are you connecting to Outlook 365? What happens when you try? Any error messages or prompts?

    Then there is this bit:

It is hard to see how the router can have anything to do with that.

What leads you to that conclusion?
