Internet quit working. I’ve done everything possible to get it to work, including working with my provider. On there end we have great internet. But the signal does not get to any of my devices.

Unfortunately, that tells us nothing about what you did and what the problem might be. So, you'll have to provide more details.
What does "Internet quit working" mean? The wifi stops? The Internet doesn't connect?
What do the LEDs on the thing look like?
Whatever the problem, it won't have much to do with the Netgear app, which is what this section is all about.
Your footer says you have a DGND3700v2. That's an ancient (dating back 10 years) device that is an ADSL2+ Modem Router. Is that what your Internet service uses?
