I don’t know since when it happens but after updating iOS to Version 11.2.2 and Genie to newest Version, unfortunately Genie doesn’t start anymore. Genie crashed every time directly after starting the app.
I deleted the app and installed it again. But it is the same.
Someone any ideas?

Same here - using ios 11.2.5 and the Genie App crashes... deleted and re-installed it several times. Nauseating.

Similar experience on a Windows 10 x64 v1709 computer – right after calling the (desktop) app an error message pops up 'Network Genie doesn't work any more'.

Tried uninstalling, compatibility mode - to no avail.
