Orange light

I have a net gear nighthawk model number R7800. I bought it last week and love it but now I have an orange light in the internet led light. It says no internet. Do not know how to fix it.

Hi Bigdan1748,

1. Powercylce(reboot) the router.

2. If still the same, reboot both the modem and the router.

3. Connect your computer directly to the modem. If you can go online proceed to 4 if not, call ISP.

4. Connect back the router and configure mac spoofing. Check the link below.
