Hi Bigdan1748,
1. Powercylce(reboot) the router.
2. If still the same, reboot both the modem and the router.
3. Connect your computer directly to the modem. If you can go online proceed to 4 if not, call ISP.
4. Connect back the router and configure mac spoofing. Check the link below.
