PLP 1200 'Unknown' by Genie
Using Genie 2.4.38 and it shows the PLP1200 as unknown. How can I fix this?

Re: PLP 1200 'Unknown' by Genie
The Genie App is "just" an alternate UI to the router Genue Web UI if I'm not wrong. Does the router (model, firmware version) recognize the PL1200 in the connected devices?

Re: PLP 1200 'Unknown' by Genie
The router is a Netgear WNDR3700v3. I'm sorry I don't know what a Router Genie Web UI is or how to access one but it doesn't appear to recognize the PLP1200 on the Genie App.

Open the Netgear WNDR3700v3 Web interface.

I'm not sure either. Perhaps it means the browser interface for your WNDR3700v3.
Click this and the interface might show up:
The manual for the WNDR3700v3 is here:
>>>> WNDR3700v3 | Product | Support | NETGEAR <<<<
Can you right-click the "unknown" device in the genie?
