Firmware says up to date at v2.02.22. I have been having connection issues and opened the app. Parental Control was set to moderate although that never worked. I set to high and went about other tasks. I can no longer log in to my email so I came back to check if changing parental controls did something and although the Genie app shows I am connected to the Internet, that particular tab, Parental Control, now says it is not connected and firmware may need updating although the on updates it says it is up to date. I can not get it to display parental control options at all. It just sits going in a circle trying to load. Here is a screenshot.
