WiFi Password Reset

I have always had the same password. Now I can’t log into my WiFi. I can’t even change the password because it tells me I don’t have the correct one. What do I do? Is it possible it got hacked somehow? I am not vet computer savvy. Please help

Hi @Leach28, welcome to the community! If you have a device that is already connected to the WiFi then you can use that to login to the router's UI and check for the WiFi password. The links below may help out.

If that does not work, then a factory reset will be an option.
