Portforwarding on V1.0.2.54_60.0.82NA

Im not able to set up ports for anything. I have no clue what is wrong. it was after a firmware update that this happened. i used to have many ports for many different games now theyre all gone and I do everything ilike i used to and it doesnt allow me to add a port. PLEASE HELP!

The model version is the WRG614v10 and im on firmware version V1.0.2.54_60.0.82NA

I have same problem on r8000 router. All ports are closed now . Used port checker to Verify. Not sure what happened. Did a hard reset no help

1. What is the firmware version of the R8000?

2. To confirm, you have configured port forwarding after the factory reset, correct?
