I am trying to logon to my N600 router using the Genie app on my iPhone (app version 3.1.74, IOS 12.1.4 on iPhone SE) and all I get when I enter the correct password is:
Login Failed
NETGEAR router was not found or
is not supported Make sure that
your mobile device is not
connected to the router's guest
network and the IPv6 is not
enabled.
I cannot find anything about IPv6 on either the router or the phone, so what might be the problem?

And the genie support for version 2 might only be windows/mac support. Not app support.

Re: Trying to use Genie to config DGND3700 router
From looking it up the dgnd3700v1 doesn't support genie. The version 2 does. Not sure which one you have. If its the version 2, make sure your firmware is up to date before trying to use the genie. Older versions might not be compatible.

Re: Trying to use Genie to config DGND3700 router
Thanks for your reply. It looks like the router is V1 so that's a non-starter! I'll stay with the web interface.
