Team, i am using Netgear Genie R6400 router and Firmware Version
V1.0.1.50_1.0.35. To give network restriction to the user i am using NETGEAR Genie app through parental control. but previously i can able to login with bypass account and set the restrictions but now i am unable to login with bypass account with this app. so please help me to get i. thank you.

i have tried that None also but its not taking none and one more thing we need this filtering in PC only not on mobiles. please suggest me on this. we are using Netgear Genie app for desktops.

Hi @Obulareddy, welcome to the community! The R6400v1 will no longer work with the mobile Genie app since it uses the Nighthawk app. You can manage the filtering level for the devices using the desktop version (PC or MacOS) of the Genie app instead. You can set the filtering level for the device to None instead.
