Re: lost netgear jennie
I've not seen a NG product called Jennie. Are you referring to Genie? If so, there is a Genie forum specifically for that app:
https://community.netgear.com/t5/Genie/bd-p/home-genie
MIght find more information there.
Check the download page for installation programs for Genie:
https://www.netgear.com/support/product/Genie.aspx#download
Be aware that the app may no longer be supported in current versions of windows. NG seems to be moving away from supporting it.
Good Luck.

There are several places to start your search.
First try the download pages for your hardware. That may also have software downloads. But as Netgear tries to withdraw some useful stuff it removes those links.
If that doesn't work, try here:
Download Center | Support | NETGEAR
or

Try this:
genie | Product | Support | NETGEAR
Works fine in Windows 10 and 11. A valuable tool that Netgear is mad to abandon in its rush to dumb down everything.
