I've been using my n600 c3700 for years and everything has been working - laptop, printers, chromecast, etc., but it has never found my amazon firestick on another tv. I am signed into netgear on my laptop, but when i try to log in on my android, it doesn't recognize my password. i know all the passwords, but they aren't working and won't let me make any changes under mynetgear. help will be appreciated. win 10 (reluctantly). thanks.

Can you explain that bit?
What has never found the firestick? Where does the TV come into the picture?

Signed into what? (Wifi? Modem-router controls?) With what? (Browser? Desktop app?)

What are you using to login in Android?
The genie app? A browser?
Login to what? Management interface?
