My BR200 seems to no longer allow outbound connections. There is a Forbes article mentioned that there are hardware vulnerabilities. What gives? Why is it so hard to find information about the issue and how to handle?
Tell your bosses that is horrible solution and you lost a mid size customer. This should have been visible and pro actively posted to each of your clients. I wasted a few weeks trying to figure out what was going on. And I want a hardware firewall sitting in front of my networks managed switch (many POE devices connected there). I get there might be a hardware vulnerability but now I am likely going to have to replace much of my infra to maintain compatibility (FW, switch, APs, etc.). Good bye Netgear....
