BR200 no internet after reboot (pls help or I'll trash it
My BR200 with latest firmware blocks DNS queries after reboot. The only way to make it work is too good into the advanced/firewall page and change randomly one of the available options (for instants enable/disable ping reply from the outside).
Please note I'm in Europe and my BR200 is the European version

Re: BR200 no internet after reboot (pls help or I'll trash it
Welcome to our community! 🙂
We do apologize for the experience that you had with our BR200. I would suggest downgrading it first to the previous firmware version as a workaround on this issue. This is a known issue as per the release notes.
- NAT loopback does not work in this release. NAT loopback is useful for accessing internal resources by public domain name.
- Workarounds: Use one of these workarounds:
- Change device hosts file to map a public domain name to local IP when working on the same subnet as a public server.
- Use a separate DNS server that can handle accessing public resources from an internal network.
- Downgrade to a previously released firmware with NAT loopback support.
Regards,
John
