Instant VPN Group had been doing beautiful with FW 5.7.0.1 Like an idiot I upgraded both routers to 5.8.0.1
VPN broke and hasn't come back. Have deleted both routers and rebuilt Group, but no connection. Haven't turned in a ticket on it because one router is 125 miles South of me and the other 135 miles West. So I don't want to hear the old do a Factory reset. Support can get on a bicycle and pedal their ass off to do the reset.
What is the status of the devices in Insight? Do they show connected or offline? Can you send me a private message with the serial numbers of both devices.
