Cloud/VPN
What a time for thid VPN to crap out.
I CANNOT ge the original BR500 to see the could or VPN so I bought another. I registed and upgraded firmware and I still cannot add any router to the VPN to get it back working. I have done all the restarts reconfig and still no luck it is online and insight will NOT see it to add to VPN.
What am I missing

I got a feedback from the higher tier of NETGEAR Support that issues with VPN should be resolved already. VPN services should be operational as of this time. To check, click here. Kindly try to configure in your end.
If the same problem occurs, you can follow-up and send a message on your support ticket so that the NETGEAR Support expert assigned to it will contact you.

Still not working I cannot add roputer to cloud or VPN
BRAND new router and will not connect to cloud and older router under warenty will NOT connecto to cloud or VPN .
New router does not show up on devices as router.

Down once again rebooted deleted from VPN group
