FR114P compatability with NBN FTTN

FR114P compatability with NBN FTTN
Is the FR114P compatible with the National Broadband Network Fibre To The Node technology. Is it just a matter of setting the router to cable rather than DSL to make it work.

The FR114P is an old VPN Firewall model and its already EOL (End of Life). About FTTN, I believe that VDSL or VDSL2 technology is used to connect you to the Internet from the fiber connection. As per the data sheet of the FR114P here, it is not mentioned that it is compatible with VDSL or VDSL2.
I recommend that you use the compatible NETGEAR modem router for NBN FTTN connection. Kindly access and read the article below:
