FVS14 won't allow access to remote server
Hello, I have an old ProSafe VPN Firewall FVS114 which still works well. Last week, I bought a new ethernet cable. Since it's installation, I now can no longer access a remote server which I use for work. Can you please tell me which setting I change to allow me to access the remote?

Let us isolate the problem. Kindly answer the questions below:
a. To what port on the FVS114 did you connect the new ethernet cable that you bought and what device did you connect on the other end?
b. Are you still able to access the internet through your FVS114 when you connect a PC directly to it?
c. How is everything connected? It would be best that you post a diagram of your detailed network setup.
d. Are there any recent changes made on the settings of the FVS114 or recent changes within your network setup that might have triggered the problem?
e. Are you using VPN to access the remote server?
