FVS318G - All lights just flash and no connectivity

As the title says all the lights flash and it doesn't seem to connect to any computers. We've replaced the modem that was hooked to router, but still no internet and I can't even access the browser to check settings. Any idea?
I'm thinking factory reset, firmware upgrade and load backuped settings.

Since you have a backup config, I believe that resetting it to factory default should do the trick.

Hi MasterBrian,
It seems that your FVS318G is faulty since the lights are still flashing no matter what you do. I advise you to open an online case with NETGEAR Support at anytime. Let them know what is the status of your FVS318G. Attach a pdf copy of the Proof of Purchase or Sales Invoice of your FVS318G for hardware warranty verification. If the hardware warranty is still valid, then an online replacement will follow.
