FVS318N and BT HomeHub5
I am trying to set up a Netgear FVS318N using my BT HH5 modem but not having much luck.
Ive followed the installation instruction and have used the autodetect and essentially using the default config. The HH5 to FVS318N is live and shows internet connection on the WAN but no LAN acccess through ports 1-8. Wireless has the same issue. The LAN ports show traffic and 100Mbps.
I probably havent provided sufficient deatil but does anyone have any pointers? Thanks

I understand you are having some isssues connecting your VPN firewall to the internet. I need to get some more details for me to provide ample troubleshooting, I have listed them below:
1. Does you computer(s) get an IP address from the VPN firewall?
2. If you can access the user interface, what is the WAN IP under monitoring (is it the same as what you are getting when a pc is connected directly to the modem or is it 0.0.0.0)?
3. When you run the auto-detect, does it say on DHCP or Static?
4. Did you change the DNS servers?
5. What is the firmware version on the firewall?
