FVS336Gv2 - VPN IPsec on iPhone/iPad

Hi,

We have a FVS336Gv2 router and its Firmware Version is 4.3.3-6, we used to have a working iPad - VPN but maybe a year ago we stop using it but now we are trying to use it again and it is not working. The monitor log sends me this error: ERROR:  Ignore information because ISAKMP-SA has not been established yet.

Our Congif Mode and IKE policy are configured as this Netgear document and also as this Netgear link.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi tonymurillo45,

Please try to reset the firewall to factory default and then re-configure the VPN policy. Let's see if that would change anything.
