FVS336Gv3 and VPN to VPN routing does not work

Recently bought FVS336Gv3 and trying to do installation.

Our local office is using LAN 192.168.128.0/24 and our remote office is using LAN 192.168.0.0/24. We created box to box VPN which works perfectly. Clients on our network can reach remote office and vice versa.

Then we created Client to VPN IPsec setup for our users to connect using IPSec VPN Client. We can get it to work so VPN clients can reach our local resource, but unable to reach remote office resources.

We tried multiple setup, but we still unable to get our VPN Clients to reach the remote office via VPN.

Do you have a sample setup for this configuration? Seems like impossible to do any routing setup on this device.

a. Are you using the NETGEAR VPN Client Professional Software?  If yes, what version are you using?

b. Are you using FVS336Gv3 on both local and remote offices?

c. What is the current firmware version of the FVS336Gv3?
