Help Connecting with the VPN Client

Netgear support did a wonderful job helping me configure the hardware and VPN Lite on one Windows 10 computer (Case# 40683367) but I would like to install the client on an additional computer but I'm getting errors.

 

I attempted to install Lite from the CD but I received, "Activation Error: 70: Internal Error." 

So I attempted to install the pro version for 30 days.  I imported the configuration from a working Lite version but I also cannot get it to connect. 

 

The console shows:

Thanks.  Checking the box for Windows 7 compatability mode allowed activate the Lite version of the software and attempt a connection but it shows an invalid password.  So, I'm closer.

 

BTW:  NetGear support is awesome!   I requested a license key for the client becuase the hardware / software was purchased in 2014 but never used and the NetGear support spent 2 - 3 hours over 2 days on the phone helping us configure the system.  Truly amazing.  The case number is in the first posting.

It works. Thanks for your help.   I logged into the router remotely and found 2 settings that also needed changed.VPN-setting.pngVPN-setting1.png
