How To: Move VPN Client License

How do I move my ProSafe VPN Client Licnese to another computer?

I've uninstalled from the original PC; Installed the Client on my new PC; Enter the License and get "already registered". 

I go to Netgear.com and select the License in my list and select 'deactivate' and get the message "ARE You SURE! you want to unregister this device?".    No i'm not sure.  I want to do what the option offered, which is "deactivate" so I can move the license to another computer.  I don't what to unregister it.  Or do I.?    

 

Once again the Netgear web site is the biggest frustration I ever face in 40 years of IT work.  It's a terrible WEB site and not being able to contact Netgear directly to solve a critical issue is disgusting.  I pay my money and when a cricis hits my customer it takes me all day to get a simple question answered.  Why should I have to ask the "Community" for help when I paid hard earned money for a product.  Ask the man on the street!  Why can't I email Netgear for the help I need.?

I got a feedback from the higher tier of NETGEAR Support that your VPN license key has been reset.  You may now register the VPN license key to other PC/laptop.

The VPN Client license key needs to be reset in order to be use in another PC/laptop.  Kindly send me the following below via private message:

 

a. the VPN license key that needs to be reset

b. e-mail address/es that was used when you have registered the VPN license key

Are you getting it?  Everything about this system is frustrating.
