Model # FVS318G...lost license keys. Tried to upgrade VPN software to work with OS10 from OS7
To anyone that can help. Had ProSupport VPN license info on an OS7 system. Works great. Tried to upgrade to OS10 and lost connectivity. Tried a couple of solutions. Nothing worked. Then tried to upgrade the software from VPN Lite 4.66.012 to latest v6.? That did not work either. Went back to OS7 and the old software did not work anymore. Wanted to reload it but do not have any license info from 2012 when we bought it. Is there anyone out there that can help. Will send serial number if necessary. Thank you all.

Have you tried to check the CD sleeve that came with your NETGEAR device or the NETGEAR VPN Client Professional Software? If you were able to find it, we'll reset it.
Kindly send me the following below via private message:
a. the VPN license key that needs to be reset
b. e-mail address that was used when you have registered the VPN license key
