Need VPN Client License Key Reset

Hello,
I bought for a client a license with 5 users in December 2013 VPNG05L. The client uses 3 but we can not add another pc.
PCs have been replaced since 2013 without the licenses being properly uninstalled, I think that's why there is a problem.
How to use the remaining 2 users?
