Good morning,
We installed the Telstra DOT business solution about a year ago. As part of this solution we received a 5 User licence pack
of Netgear VPN Client Lite-SP. I have sucessfuly installed two of the five client licences. I am now attempting to install a
third licence and I get an error message saying it is in user on another PC. I have been getting the run around for both
Telstra and Netgear Support areas, any ideas who handles the management of the client licences once they are registered.
