Netgear Insight Instant VPN Error 935
Interesting one, I have a user based in the UK running Windows 10 trying to use the Netgear insight instant VPN and is getting Error 935.
Unable to see why she would get this but she is not connecting to the VPN and there is no options to disconnect.
Has anyone seen this before and if so, did anyone get a resolution.
I know that the user credentials are correct as I have tested them from my own connection and when I connect I see everything I should.
Look forward to comparing notes.

Not sure if this will work. Kindly try to log-out then log-in back again to the Insight VPN Client and try to connect again. Check if the VPN connection will establish. If ever still the same problem, kindly post a screenshot of the error message you have encountered.
