Netgear VPN Client Active problem - assistance releasing license key

Hello,
we need to have our license key released by the engineering team because we cannot install the VPN client due to a license error.

Currently we are only using 2 licenses and facing the same issue as mentioned in discussion "Netgear VPN Client Active problem" from 2018-07-19  08:27am (https://community.netgear.com/t5/Hardware-VPN-Firewalls-and/Netgear-VPN-Client-Active-problem/td-p/1... )


Can you please let us know how to send you our license key for releasing the occupied licenses which are not any more in use?
