Problems setting IPSec on Insight Portal
Hi
Due to the authentication requirements by remote router, I have to use the cloud portal to set the IPSec policy. However I keep getting an error message regarding the preshared key which does fulfil all the criteria. And doesn't matter if I enter any other combinations. What is going on?

It seems that you are having issues with your BR500. May I know if the router is running on its latest firmware version? You may download the latest version here.
Does it work before or this is an initial setup?
