Prosafe fvs318G2 vpn issue
Unable to connect to new vpn but previous vpn still up and running. All IP addresses and details are correct. Any reason why one vpn connects and other does not? ALso unable to ping destination but ip is correct.
Thanks

Re: Prosafe fvs318G2 vpn issue
Hi Joe_S,
Welcome to our community! 🙂
May I know what type of VPN are you using? Is it a box-to-box or a client-to-box? If it is a box-to-box connection, you need to create another VPN policy in order for the other box to connect. As it needs specific WAN and pre-shared key in order for it to authenticate. For the client-to-box connection, it only uses one VPN policy but you have to make sure that the clients will be on different LAN networks. e.g. Client 1 - 192.168.1.100/24, Client 2 - 192.168.2.100/24
You may also share a screenshot of your configuration and mask the WAN for your own security in order for us to understand what seems to be causing that issue.
Regards,
John
