SRX5308 - DHCP client list not working after upgrade to 4.3.4-1

LAN Groups page (Network Configurioton > LAN Settings > LAN Groups) doesn't display any list of devices after Firewall SRX5308 has the firmware version 4.3.4-1 applied to it. It would list all devices with the previous version 4.3.3-8. Can someone help please?

Model: SRX5308|PROSAFE Gigabit Quad WAN SSL & IPSEC VPN Firewall

Hi Ridwan,

 

I believe that your concern is the same as your post on the forum thread here.  Kindly answer the questions below:

 

a. Have you performed a factory reset after upgrading the firmware to v4.3.4-1 then reconfigure it from scratch? 

b. Have you tried to select/click refresh after selecting the LAN Groups screen?

Hi DaneA,

 

Thank you very much for your reply. Your advice (b) about clicking the Refresh link from the top right did the trick. I can't believe that it was so bleeding obvious but in the previous firmware I never had to do that and hence I didn't even notice that or thought of using that Refresh link. Thanks heaps again, you made my day.
