SRX5308 Internet is breaking down

Good morning?

I am using the SRX5308.
Every day from about 1 to 2 weeks before between 8: 50 ~ 9: 5
The Internet is breaking down regularly for two to five minutes 


What is the solution?

Kindly answer the questions below:

 

a. Is everything working fine before? 

b. If you will connect a PC / laptop directly to the modem, are you able to access the internet just fine?

c. How is everything connected?  Kindly post a diagram of your existing network setup.

d. Are there any firewall rules configured on the SRX5308?

e. Are there any changes within the settings of the SRX5308 or within the network setup that might have triggered the problem?

f. What is the current firmware version of your SRX5308?

    KT(Internet) - SRX5308(1) - Netgear Switch(JGS524) - Servers(Windows, Linux)

                                          (1) - Netgear Switch(GS728TP) - PCs, Notebooks(25 Users)

 

 

d. Are there any firewall rules configured on the SRX5308?

 

    - Set is LAN WAN Rules, Not set is DMZ WAN Rules

    - LAN WAN Rules settings are as follows.(Only Inbound Services)

      *** Open ports only for internal network(eg : WAN:External IP, LAN:192.168.2.213, Port:23)

           Index:1,

           Service Name : ExternalService

           Filter : ALLOW always

           LAN Server IP Address : 192.168.2.213

           LAN Users : nothing

           WAN Users : Any

           QOS Profile : NONE

           Destination : WAN1

           Bandwidth Profile : NONE

           Log : Never

           Action : Edit

 

e. Are there any changes within the settings of the SRX5308 or within the network setup that might have triggered the problem?

 

No The setting is the same as before.

 

 

f. What is the current firmware version of your SRX5308?

Monitoring menu - Router Status menu are as follows.

 

System Name : SRX5308

Firmware Version : 4.3.1-22

Secondary Firmware Version : 4.3.1-22

@ICKHWAN,

 

I suggest you to upgrade the firmware from v4.3.1-22 to v4.3.5-3.  Be reminded to factory reset the SRX5308 after upgrading the firmware then reconfigure it from scratch in order to have a clean start using the latest firmware version.  Then, observe if the same problem will occur.

@ICKHWAN,

 

I just want to follow-up on this.  Were you able to upgrade the firmware of your SRX5308 to v4.3.5-3 then performed a factory reset and reconfigure it from scratch?  If yes, is the internet connection now fine?
