SRXN3205 Simple download overloads the router

Hello,

I have a problem with the SRXN3205, When I am downloading something with full speed, the router is totally overloaded.
New clients don't get an IP, WLAN access doesn't work any longer, etc.

What can I do?

Nothing unusual, only HTTP Download, Steam, Origin, etc.

have you just go ahead and reset the router and see behavior is the same?

Yeah I resetted the router to the factory settings and clients can't connect over the WLAN and don't get any internet over LAN.

you mean hard reset the unit and you configure the router but wireless is not working and LAN as well

No I restore the factory settings, make a reboot and configure the important parts like WLAN and DSL access.

Which firmware are you running? Always be specific. What you have as the latest and what I "have" are 2 different things. Saying the latest means nothing over time.

Get in touch with tech support, let them know your issue, and ask them for the most recent beta firmware that they have.... How many devices/users on the LAN? How fast is the connection? How many VPN tunnels? Bittorrent? Other Apps? Servers?

There are about 10 devices online. I have a 100Mbps Cable connection and no VPN tunnels. There is no incoming allowed traffic. In the network are some samba shares and the windows 7 homenet group. On one computer there is a webserver. Further more there is one AirPort as simple Access Point.

Thanks for the advice with the customer support, I got a beta firmware, which fixes some problems, but not all.
