Hello,
We have in our office an SRX5308 that at present has one WAN connection active, this works perfectly. We have recently had a second internet connection (leased line) installed on site and are trying to set this up on to WAN2 - The line has been tested by the supplier and ourselves with a laptop and it works fine with the IP information supplied.
The problem we now have is, when we plug the connection into WAN2 and configure the static IP information the link shows as "DOWN" but the status of the connection shows as connected - weird? One thing we have noticed is that under the "Status" button that shows it as connected, the gateway and DNS that we have specified show as 0.0.0.0 (despite specifying this information on the WAN2 settings page) - as a result we cannot use the second line we have in place.
The firewall is currently running the latest firmware: 4.3.3-5 we also tried on an older firmware (3.0.7-29) and have the same issues.
Can anyone please advise ?
Many thanks in advance.

Have you checked the WAN Mode settings? Make sure it is set to Load Balancing rather than Primary WAN Mode.
Net Config - WAN Settings - WAN Mode
