The device BR500 resets the settings after a power failure

Dear Community/Netgear,

Half an hour ago there was a power outage and all the settings of the router were reset, this is the second time this has happened to me. (a few months ago it occur too)
I tried to open in SUPPORT TICKET but it does not give me, how can I open TICKET?

I have read here maybe there has problem : 

" NAND is corrupted "

May I know if the device is running on the latest firmware when it happened? You may open a ticket here and please let them know the status of your BR500.
