UTM9 behind other Router / firewall rule
I am running a UTM9S behind another router (FB7590), connected thru the WAN1.
Outbound connection is fine.
Also connecting the VOIP software from Mac to the FB.
Outgoings calls are fine.
For incoming calls, I am wondering which inbound rule I have to establish so that they are allowed.
NAT is configured.
thx

Welcome to the community! 🙂

You have a Double NAT network setup. To know about what is Double NAT, click here.

You may want to contact the technical support for the VoIP software and ask them what TCP/UDP ports should be opened so that you can configure an inbound rule/s to allow incoming calls. Otherwise, you may want to consider the fixes indicated in the article below:
How to fix issues with Double NAT?
