VPN Client License Key reset

Hello team,
We have a problem with license pro VPN
2 of our PC are crashed and licenses are burned
Is it possible to reset the license code to install it on news notebooks ?

I just got a feedback from the higher tier of NETGEAR Support that your VPN license key associated with the e-mail address you have sent via private message has been reset.
You may now register the VPN license key to your new notebooks.
