VPN FVS336gv3 and IPAD

Hi,

I'm tryng to create a VPN between my FVS336gv3 (4.4.1) and an IPAD 3.

I follow the manual at this link  https://kb.netgear.com/25836/How-to-Setup-VPN-with-NETGEAR-Firewall-and-iPhone-iPad but when I try the connection I have the answer "The VPN server does not answer"

Is there anyone who can help me??

Hi DaneA,

finally I solved the problem by following the instructions in the manual https://kb.netgear.com/25836/How-to-Setup-VPN-with-NETGEAR-Firewall-and-iPhone-iPad and updating the firmware to the version 4.3.5-3.
