VPNG05L Error code 33
Hello, I´ve formatted my laptop and reinstall vpn ipsec client but when I try to activate the software I get error code 33 (the license is already activated in other device).
How can I activate the software once again.

The VPN 5-users license key is still activated.Request to view the VPN license key activated email address so you can reset which email address.

Let us reset your VPN license key. Kindly send me the following below via private message:
a. the VPN license key that needs to be reset
b. e-mail address that was used when you have registered the VPN license key
