To Whom It May Concern: We have five VPN user licenses. One laptop crashed and one was stolen before we could uninstall the licenses, so only 3 out of 5 licenses are working. We need our VPNG05L license pack reset, so that we can install all five licenses to allow our employees to work from home during the Coronavirus Emergency. Thank you.
