Hello, I´ve formatted my laptop and reinstall vpn ipsec client but when I try to activate the software I get error code 33 (the license is already activated in other device).
How can I activate the software once again.

We already reset the license key that you sent. May you be able to try installing it and see if that will work? If yes, you may just close this thread by clicking the "Accept as solution".
